                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHATTANOOGA CITY CODE, 
                   PART II, CHAPTER 25, BY ADDING A NEW SECTION 
                   25-39, RELATIVE TO USE OF FALSE IDENTIFI-
                   CATION.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE:
       	    	 SECTION 1.  That Chattanooga City Code, Part II, Chapter 
       25, be and is hereby amended so as to add a new Section 25-39 as 
       follows:
            Sec. 25-39.	   Use of False Identification.
            
            	 It shall be unlawful for any person to exhibit 
            false, fake or forged identification or credentials 
            belonging to another, for the purpose of obtaining any 
            goods or services with a value of less than five hundred 
            dollars ($500.00) which such person would not otherwise 
            be entitled to receive. 
            
            
       	    	 SECTION 2.  That this ordinance shall be effective two 
       (2) weeks from and after its passage as provided by law.
